SPEEDHOME is a rental platform to connect landlords and tenants to deal directly. We upsell insurance protection to landlords and provide digital tenancy agreement signing solution to tenants. We estimate 7 million of rental houses are demanded in 11 Asia Pacific cities (Jakarta, Bangkok, Manila, Hong Kong, Klang Valley, Ho Chi Minh, Sydney, Melbourne, Hanoi, Taipei and Singapore) with a total of USD2 Billion of revenue opportunity. We estimate to acquire around 2% of the total rental market in Klang Valley which the total rental house demand is around 500,000 units.
